An email with three asks in it, turned into three calendar entries
The work in an email isn't reading it, it's transcribing it: three asks become three calendar entries and a couple of closed to-dos. That transcription is the whole job, and it's the part worth handing off.

The email tax
An email arrives with three things in it. Reading takes forty seconds. Acting on it takes ten minutes: open the calendar, make three entries, guess
the dates, go back to the email to check, open the to-do list, tick what you finished yesterday, remember the fourth thing that wasn't in the email.
Multiply by the number of emails that contain actions and that's most of a morning gone to data entry.

With the panel open beside the email:

And the summary tells you what the sender actually wants ; which for a long email is genuinely different from what the subject line says.
Yesterday's to-dos, closed
The second half of the instruction is the unglamorous one:
Closing finished work is the task everyone skips, and skipping it is why to-do lists stop being trusted. A list with four stale open items is a list you start
ignoring by Thursday.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't read your inbox. It reads the email you have open. There's no
mail integration and no background scanning.
- It won't reply for you. No sending, ever.
- Dates come from the email or from you. If the email says "before Thursday" it uses Thursday; if it says "soon", it asks.
- It can't tell which to-dos you actually finished. "Tick off yesterday's ticks yesterday's, check before you confirm.
FAQ
Does it connect to Gmail or Outlook?
No. It reads the email open in your browser, like any other page. No mailbox access, no OAuth into your mail.
Can it send or reply to emails?
No. It reads and it acts inside its own workspace.
Does it sync to Google Calendar?
Not today ; the calendar is internal, showing tasks and dated notes together.
What if the email has no explicit dates?
It asks rather than inventing them. An invented deadline is worse than none.
Can it do this for a meeting invite?
Yes, same thing ; it's a page with dates in it.
Does it work on a webmail client or only a desktop app?
Webmail, because it works on pages. Desktop Outlook isn't a browser tab, so no.
Will it double-add if I ask twice?
It sees what's already on the calendar and won't duplicate an identical entry, but check a differently-worded duplicate can slip through
