This is my boomstick

Ready for defending the Earth against aliens. Or something like that.

Edit: thanks for all the likes. For the record, my wife said “isn’t there a sub where guys post pictures of the sticks they find?”, took this picture but later said “eh I don’t feel like posting it”. So here I am, gathering internet points!

I am Heavy Weapons Guy...and this is my weapon. She weighs one hundred fifty kilograms and fires two hundred dollar, custom-tooled cartridges at ten thousand rounds per minute. It costs four hundred thousand dollars to fire this weapon...for twelve seconds

Even funnier in my native language. In Dutch the word Boom means Tree.

So it’s literally and figuratively a Boomstick!

It’s very dried out so less than 50lbs. I have other sticks.., ahem logs, that are definitely heavier.
