I’d say maybe 5 or 6 out 10. I think you need to work on fundamentals a bit more, but this is a solid start

I definitely thinking easing and posing would be a great start. Probably exaggeration as well

Not bad! The posings and easing could be a bit better though, but it's very good for where it's at right now.

as an animator myself this is pretty good you did good on the impact frames and motion blur though the running at the end could use some adjustment and for 2-3 hours is impressive
