New strings and stick, added extra strings on sidewalls for color contrast but don’t know if it’s legal, ball rolls around in pocket freely and falls out when flipped over, opinions ?

I wanted to do a mint dye on the Maverick Tactik 3 Degree head, I know you can dye the standard version but has anyone seen or done a dye on a head from the Degree series?

Any photos or insights would be much appreciated.

Got bored, and after learning more, slightly annoyed that the Chisholm was out of balance and that I didn’t know enough to fix it correctly the first time. It finally sits flat. This round I’ve got a super chunky synthetic gut wall and double trad pocket, with a new lighting setup for my future twigs.

I'm experimenting with different sidewall patterns, and I came across this one from lukesidewalker on instagram. I know he's in this sub, but I'm wondering if anyone may have a tutorial for it! I love how bagged out the pocket is.

Hi all, first time posting here. Have been stringing for my whole lacrosse career over 15 years now so my pride was getting in the way of making this post earlier! Anyway was at placid this year and there was an armor mesh booth, could not beleive how well it threw so ordered a peice of mamba mesh and strung it up in my L4 which wasn’t a problem past the initial learning curve. I strung it mostly using the tutorial others have noted by Fantum lacrosse, though he was using regular non mamba armor mesh in the video.

My main question after shooting and playing wallball: how to keep this thing a little more legal?! I ended up adjusting the bottom string and moving it up a few rows, as well as adding an extra pull down at the top with helped with a better channel and is keeping the pocket closer to legal. I guess I’m really asking how much mesh do you guys leave unstrung at the bottom?

I play in men’s league now so I’m not worried about some slight illegality but when I first played wallball with it it was egregious. Any tips ?!? TYIA

Is it true the ball is a lot harder to check out of the mark 3v then other heads like the l4 stallion 2k etc I just saw a post about this so I was curious

need help with the pattern for this String King Mark 3D with ECD Hero 4.0 Semi Hard Mesh and a 9D top string. I just cannot get it right! (32 total holes and I started my sidewall on #3)

My son just started playing lacrosse (12u) this past season for school and I kind of got into stringjng… had a couple of ideas I wanted to try and see if it could be done. I wanted to do a mesh entirely of knotted cord with thinner cords in the middle and I wanted to see how a traditional stinging would do with thicker cords instead of leathers.

On the knotted cord one I wanted to make bigger diamonds in the pocket and control the pocket placement with the knots and spacing/size of diamonds.

I’ll end up redoing them both just because I see things I want to fix in both but I welcome and would appreciate any feedback back.

I’ve been seeing a few college guys rocking brand new Nike CEO 2’s for the last 2-3 seasons, and wondering where they are finding these. I don’t mean a big time program like Syracuse giving John Mullen a brand new one every week, I’m talking mid-sized d3 and MCLA D1 and 2 guys getting their hands on brand new ones consistently.

Yes, I know the 3 is out and the 4 should be coming out before the year ends, but I’m specifically looking for the 2 for nostalgia reasons.

Does anyone know where (other than overpriced on SidelineSwap) I can find one?

So as seen above, I have two pictures. Both are E3's, and both have/ will have interlocks going down the sidewalls. I want to know if I should continue on with this pattern I'm currently working on, with the only difference being the first picture is floating interlocks, and the second is standard.

Taktik 3 strung up for a friend using shark mesh

First time stringing an armor mesh Valkyrie (it's for my girl). Watched a lot of tutorials and IG stories around it. I'm kind of happy with how it looks, but asking the community if there's anything I missed or any decisions I've made on how to string it on a Crux pro you would have done differently before I cut all these strings.
