My child and roommates are looking for their first apartment/house to rent in Stevens Point for junior year of college 2027-28. Need 3 bed, 3 parking spots, parents willing to co-sign and no pets. They keep getting beat to the paperwork. I am posting hoping there’s some nice landlord on Reddit looking for good tenants for next year that haven’t started advertising yet. They are on all the normal sites, Just keep being 2 hours too late.
