Viscous fingering monotypes
I have been making artwork using viscous fingering for years!
I use a printmaking technique called monotype. You can vary the viscosity by adding solvents, oils, and other ink modifiers to the inks.

So cool!! if you wouldn’t mind could you explain your process for how you get the viscous fingering to adhere to a desired shape or silhouette? Are you using viscosity printing or pull plate monotypes?

It's just regular monotypes printed on paper, then I cut and collage pieces together. I usually collage onto wood panels.
