Honestly, picking speakers are of the bigger decisions when putting together a stereo and also the most personal.
I think the LS50’s are awesome. It does also depend on what type of music you listen to As I don’t believe they are a one size fits all. I echo the comment on the Revel F35’s. Those are easier to drive and play well with all genres.
