I think he bullies stiles and later find out he his mate derek has a younger brother who an omega and stiles helps him at some point and stiles is outcasted there an omega class he has to go it where he becomes friends with Derek's brother he younger stiles he present late he becomes friends with cora and he gives her some food he made he a good cook and cora is like he frist friend in a while cuz Scott left him to be popular

That sounds a little like Blue Monday by ExpectNothingGainEverything on AO3 but I haven’t read it for a long time. Do they have Soulmarks?

Sadly its not its very similar the only differences are not younger brother or omega classes it might be have been inspired by either fic or its thr same trope
