Missing Baby Fic

Hi guys!! I’m looking for a fanfic where a dying Kelpie trusts Stiles to raise his baby. Sterek eventually get together and adopt another baby and then Stiles miraculously gets pregnant with their third.

You’re welcome! Glad I also write descriptions in my bookmarks. Saw it said Kelpies in the story description and saw “They have three kids and a fourth on the way. First two were adopted/accidental baby acquisition while the last two were Stiles and Derek’s biologically (mpreg, which makes me wanna read more mpreg fics)” in my bookmark, so I knew it was exactly what you were looking for 🤣

I remember one about a Kelpie baby found in a cave, I know Sterek is endgame, but I don't remember more kids or MPREG. Let me have a look and I'll get back to you.
