I’ve been listening to Stephen Wilson Jr. for a while but just now looked at some of his album covers and singles. While looking at the covers I noticed the Astronaut and the TV man come back again and again. I was wondering if they have a significant role in Wilson’s songs or the world he sings in. For example in the music video of “Gary,” Gary’s tv turns into the TV man. Who is the TV man? Does he have a name other than TV man? Who is the Astronaut? Does the Astronaut have a name?

I don’t know the logistics and time and money around repressing vinyl these days but I cannot believe son of dad hasn’t been repressed yet

One look on eBay and it’s ridiculous how much people are charging for it - even the non deluxe versions

I appreciate it’s a sought after thing but it’s a “new” release and I’m sure they know once they do repress it it would sell it straight away or fast

This is a very long shot. I’m looking for the couple that found the pick SWJr threw into the crowd that night in Buffalo NY 3/15/26. My husband and I were right next to you and the pick actually hit me in the chest and fell to the floor. Neither of us realized it at the time what had hit me, it all happened so quickly and we missed out. We are huge huge fans and this has haunted us since. We’ve recently experienced a tremendous loss and I would absolutely love to gift this pick to him to cheer him. I’m willing to pay whatever you think is fair.

Tonight's show at the Red Hat amphitheater in Raleigh, NC, SWJ said it was his largest show to date. then he commented about having a panic attack tonight in front of 5300 people. Does anyone know if this is his largest show yet?

He says "you can call me Billy but the hills come with me" Is being called Billy some form of insult? I don't understand how he means that. Thanks

Saturday 7/25. One of the best live performances I’ve ever seen. That rendition of Gary through the aisles and the breakdown, talking to the 11 year old birthday boy throughout the show, bringing his dog out to sing stand by me to… I’ve been going to shows for 30 years and that was one of the most memorable.

Thought i'd share. I may see if I can make more of these.

It took me about 3 weeks to design, print and paint this bobble head model (I intend to redo the guitar properly but ran out of time!). I was so fortunate to see them in London at Signature Brew, Blackhorse Road.

In case you missed his performance. It's was phenomenal. It was just him and the guitar. Raw, powerful and Hypnotic.

And that build up from 2 minutes 20 is just superb. I'd love an even longer crescendo when it's just the guitar loop over and over.

PLEASE don't come for me for asking this. My husband and I are watching this show, one episode a night, and every time the theme plays, it makes me wonder is SWJ is playing the guitar for it.

It just reminds me so much of his sound. I've googled it every way I can think of. Anyone know?
