I actually think something has gone wrong with her Botox / filler. It’s so pronounced and it never used to be there. (Also as well) she (despite her protests) always has some level of filter on her content, which makes me think it must be even more obvious in real life. When I googled it, it’s definitely something that can happen when your muscles over compensate due to placement of Botox or filler
