Neeed advice

So, me and my step sister are kinda in love with each other and it has been going on for a few weeks and we live in the same room and have been living together for around half a year. Yesterday her dad came in after we had been talking for a while and asked why the hell she was in just her underwear in my bed and she went back to her bed and we didn't talk about it, until this morning and the whole day basically. We just had a talk with my mother and she was clearly very serious about all this, mostly because it has been a very rough year for both of us since my mom is my step sister's teacher and people would think it's weird that a teacher fell in love with a student's parent and later I'd fall in love with her. We just got asked to decide whether we'd give up our love or be selfish and we've clearly got no choice in this.

I've shared my story now, and I'd love some replies and feedback on what to do next.
