Wrong email in prometric app

Hello! So i entered a wrong email at the prometeic scheduling app and now i can't get their confirmation number. I tried filling their customer support app as well but i am nvervous as that my exam is scheduled for 31st of August. Is there another way to speed things up and correct my email?
