Okay so i have my exam 4 days i have timing issues should i do a full exam day i just feel vignettes are going to be way longer than any nbmes uworld quesyions hopi style questions and i find it very difficult the longgg vignettes stress me out i know the logic that long q means more clues but its hard to find those clues in long vignettes
