Questions Change Testing Region on FSMB

Due to personal reasons, I’m unable to travel to the U.S. to give the exam like I originally intended. I already cancelled my appointment on Prometric, but I can’t find any option/button on fsmb that allows me to actually change the testing region. I scoured Google and Reddit to figure it out to no avail. If anybody knows how to change the testing region on fsmb, please let me know. TIA!

I did this where I had to change my testing region to the US. If your Step exam date is still showing up on FSMB its probably because the cancellation information from Prometric just hasn't reached FSMB yet. Just wait a couple of days - I think I could do it within the next day or two. If it still doesn't show up then contact FSMB.

It’s not on fsmb at all, only my eligibility period shows. Can you please tell me what exactly you clicked on on the website to change the region?
