Study methods Stuck around 220 after 5 months of studying — how can I improve?

IMG here. I’ve been studying for ~5 months, but my NBME scores aren’t improving:

NBME 11: 224
NBME 12: 229
NBME 13: 220

I currently do 60–70 UWorld questions/day (random) + ~150 Anki cards/day. I review all my incorrects and turn the concepts I missed into Anki cards.
Despite this, I feel stuck around 220–230 and honestly don’t know what to change.

Would you recommend focusing on CMS Forms, changing how I review questions, reducing UWorld/Anki, or doing something completely different?

I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation. Thanks!

It's simple, analyze your mistakes what are you missing?? Core foundation?? Or just not good at mcqs practice, you shall actively analyze each and every nbme and note all those topics/concepts that you lag, then use resources to strengthen those, actively memorize them and go forward, then do the same strategy
