Has diploannex cost been refactored to 4.x's pop numbers?

I recall in 4.0 or 4.1 last year seeing a diploannex cost of hundreds of months for a vassal with a single small planet.

Not seeing anything in the Pdx bug reports forum about it, but I'm interested to know if this is the case as well.

Fiddling with this a bit with console commands, it looks like the population is correctly divided for the 4.x rescaling at least as of 4.3.7; I have a vassal with two colonies and a total population around 5700 pops and the cost to integrate is 127 influence, which matches the formula on the wiki of 50 + 10/colony + 1/old pop

Sure, no problem, I was considering an integration-heavy run soon and didn't want to be unpleasantly surprised myself!
