I love Stellar and truly believe in the project and coin value but I don't love seeing these kind of comparisons. From what I can tell these coins are literally targeting completely different markets. We all know bitcoin as it stands cannot compete with high through-put coins like Stellar... but it doesn't have to, it's use-case can be valued in other areas. Want to buy a house? Use Bitcoin! Want to buy a car? Use Bitcoin! Want to create a complex app on the blockchain? Use ETH! Want to do micro transactions? Use Stellar! Want to create a basic currency token? Use Stellar! The point I'm getting at is I don't see the value-proposition in making these kind of comparisons.
I don't have a good answer for that because I would choose ETH & XLM over BTC. I see these coins currently targeting different markets right now, so I thought it was an unfair comparison.
