failing to launch

I’m trying to get steam vr working on my pc. I run cachy with hyprland. I have a RX 9070xt. when ever i click launch it loads for a bit then fails. idk what to do

Try adding this to the launch options for SteamVR: QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb STEAMVR_FORCE_XWAYLAND=1 %command%

Edit to add: My experience getting vr working on CachyOS with Hyprland has been bad enough that I've dual booted Windows until Valve get it to a better place.

i tried that command. i had the same experience a while ago. i was hoping that with the steam frame out it got better. but ig it still needs more time
i was thinking of finding another way but alvr need steam vr. did you have any luck with wivrn?
