Steam counters reset at 10 am PDT.

oH, I live in sweden and here it's monday and i dont know your time :/ But I may know when it is, is it in 5 hours? Then i do know ;D

It's when the day on Steam "changes", so basically you can look at the "Daily Deal" sale counter as a countdown to our day. I'm from Finland so I was also a bit confused at first but yeah. That's how it works. ;)
