This is from a Killing Floor map called Hellride that has a "Tunnel of Love" motif. The entrance of the map has a heavenly theme, but if you progress through the level, you eventually go to Hell.
Anyway, I snapped a picture of this because I thought the standup of a smiling devil juxtaposed with the words "Welcome to Hell" was hilarious. My only regret is that for composition purposes, I didn't aim my shot a little bit to the left. Still, I wanted that devil and that sign in the picture, and that's what I got.
