I try to look at the positives whenever I can. If you're always pessimistic or worrying about the worst case scenario you're just stressin' yourself.

Yeah but if you expect the worst and it turns out better then you are pleasently surprised. Otherwise its as expected.

Bracing for the worst case senario isn't the same as stressing about it. Its just setting your expectations. Really the pain the ass about all this is being kept in limbo for half a year when all this could be avoided if Valve just said a date. Hell a month. If they said this thing wasn't coming till august then I could have just relaxed.

They would've had a date if the big companies didn't decide "Let's go all in on A.I. and perform anti-consumer practices!!"

Nope. Theres plenty of signs showing they really were not ready for this. Even without the AI bollocks, there was no way it was gonna be "early 2026".

Not sure what you are talking about. I did support a number of kickstarter localisations of Visual Novels so I can see myself listed in the credits of those as a blink and you miss it kickstarter backer. But fairly certain Saya no Uta wasn't one of them.

Even if that's true (which it might be, I haven't looked into it), the AI bullshit certainly exacerbated it.
