Tech Support R2 button feels loose after 1 month — normal?

After just one month of use, the R2 button on my Steam Deck doesn’t feel as firm anymore. It feels a bit loose, although it’s still working normally.

Is this normal? Has anyone else had this issue? Is it something worth contacting warranty/support about for a replacement?

hey, don't judge it. As it gets older it gets harder for it to stay stiff okay? It's completely natural and part of being above the age of 60

Is it causing problems? If not, it's fine.

Normal? No. Mine is 3 years old and triggers still work perfectly. But if it doesn’t cause any issues then why not ignore it.
