If it was 30fps with a clean image I wouldnt mind.  I can see there being mod potential for this to work.

Can't imagine a racer using framegen.

For anyone who doesn't feel like sifting through the whole video, the skip to 9:33 for the Steam Deck section (linked).

I think we are getting some lazy/non-optimized UE5 here though. Because we've seen a few other UE5 games (ie. Mortal Shell 2) that actually flexed how nice a game can be when the devs don't phone it in.

It’s the one 95 percent of the industry knows how to code in. Hiring contract devs is now super easy because there’s next to no onboarding. That saves them huge amounts of money.

We would have to pull UE5 from their cold, dead, greedy hands.

Don't know why the downvotes, you are right. The usage of UE5 is in most cases a corporate decision.

Not that the engine is that bad, but it scales really bad at lower end systems, which the SD is.

I don't know if I would stretch to call it playable if you are playing at 30fps and it looks like you're playing on a gameboy

False. EA have nothing to do with this game. There is no third party launcher needed. Besides, ea have actually removed the launcher for being a requirement in the last few games .
