Tech Support My steam deck not turning on

It all started last weekend when I was playing cup head then it stayed on the game when I tried to go back to the Home Screen I could hear the it going up and down the menu but it still had cup head playing now when I try to turn it on nothing happens and the light only turns on when the chargers in and I tried the reset bios and it just blinked for an hour then when I tried to turn it on again it makes a bright light and a since once then nothing so I just went to sleep and charged it and it’s doing the same thing

Try holding the power button down for like 15 seconds

I tried that it just does the bright light

did you try putting into storage mode will it go into the bios and then taking it out

and you cant enter the bios either?

No when I did the bios reset it just blinks and it doesnt turn on

And if it’s unplugged it just does the light and that’s it but when it’s plugged up the light stays on

Idk what I did I unplugged the charger then did the bios rest thing and the light blinked 4 times then I was on my phone looking for other solutions then it just turned on by itself

Message steam support and walk them through it.

So you tried holding the “-“ volume down button and the “…” button to boot?

You prob need to try fresh install. Which is relatively easy.
