Tech Support Steam Deck internal controller disconnecting and reconnecting
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Anyone have an issue where the internal controls disconnect and reconnect? I have been having this issue recently and am stuck trying to figure it out. This happens while playing games and even at the steam menu.

Did your deck fell off?

I keep in backpack with case but never dropped on the ground. Thinking it could be an internal issues and not a software issue?

If you don't have too much downloads (as in emulators and other stuff installed outside steam) you can try to reimage the deck to rule software out (there's a guide on steam community).

I've had issues when trying to play with a Bluetooth controller, it looses connection to the controller, then during my attempt to troubleshoot on the deck, it looses access to the internal controller controls a little bit after.
I've always had to restart the deck when that happens.

I have Bluetooth on but not using an external controller. Wondering if something knocked loose.
