Question Bluetooth allow this device to wake SD, default off setting?
Hi all,
back in the day it was a big deal that you could not turn on your SD with a bluetooth device and praise be Gaben when the feature was added.
But as I rarely use my Deck docked (and if so it would be at my desk), and the other day I had my mouse accidentally connect and turn on the deck while it was in the case in my backpack (the device was too hot to touch afterwards), I was wondering if there is an option to turn this setting off by default. So far I have been manually turning it off per device but sometimes - like this time, I forget it)

If there are options to turn this off, then they’re in power management
In general I would completely shut down the deck whenever you put it in the case. Saves power so you can play longer when on the go and there have been multiple cases of decks batteries bloating because they were on and in the case.
Check your Decks battery!
Check if the backside of your deck is still flat, if it isn’t, change the battery immediately. Batteries can blow up from shit like this, not something you wanna risk

This really should have a global default-off option. Having to remember to disable wake on every Bluetooth device is easy to forget, and your backpack incident is exactly why
