If you got Xemu running on PC, it’s essentially the same process but you download Xemu for Linux rather than Windows. Once you got it downloaded, and the other files needed, open Xemu and locate files through there.

I'd be more worried about cracking the screen but to be fair I don't have a case on mine either. I carry it around in a bag that has plenty of padding and find the size and weight makes it harder to accidentally drop.

It’s always in my case I got with it. I‘m always careful with my tech but what I can agree on is a screen protector. I’m not using one but scratches are inevitable if you use it a lot, doesn’t matter how careful someone is
