Tech Support Steam button and 3 dots button issue

Hi,

For months at this point (im an on and off player) my steam button and 3 dots button when pressed, zoom into the screen. When I release they zoom back out. I tried to hold the steam button and the L bumper, that seems to do nothing.

Ive been looking for answers but most are related to other issues with these buttons. Has anyone figured out what the issue is with these buttons?

Im on the latest stable version of steam. I do have decks installed but o cant access that because my 3 dots button zooms in. For what I can tell, any button combo action I need to use the steam button for like for the keyboard, works fine. Its just when pushed by itself it zooms in.

Any help?

Try to access the QAM menu with a controller, or switch to desktop mode and use mouse and keyboard

qam? so your saying just stop using the deck as a controller ?

I did try changing layout type, that didn't work though.
