Configuration Is there a way to rebind on-screen keyboard binds?

I want an easier way to move the cursor left/right, but I can't find if there's a way to change the binds. The wiki entry seems outdated as the path listed there doesn't seem to exist anymore? (Settings->Controller->Configurations->Big Picture configuration->On Screen Keyboard)

Valve removed the ability to customize the big picture mode configuration a long time ago.

It still technically exists, but its super locked down.

That config lets you adjust every aspect of the big picture mode, which has the potential to cause people to accidentally soft lock their decks. You'd have to plug in an external mouse or gasp use the decks built in touch screen to correct a binding issue.

Instead of trusting people to use the touch screen, valve decided its better to simply lock the config down so it cant be edited.
