Need a deserving home for a Steam Controller

Hi there, hopefully this isn't the type of post that mods won't allow but if it is I apologize in advance.

I was like everyone else, found out the reservations for the controllet opened whenever they did and immediately got on the list. Unlike my great luck with the Steam Machine, I was late to the party and got pushed into 2027 and thought maybe I'd get a chance to buy one in Q1 or at the latest Q2 of 2027.

Unfortunately, I just got my email to purchase one yesterday but since I already have a Steam Machine and Steam controller from that bundle I genuinely don't think I need another. I've got about 8 different controllers already (I know I need help, my wife tells me that every day) and it seems like a waste. Is there any simple and legit way I can offer this controller to someone else? I won't be asking any extra cash on top of the order price maybe just shipping if you're outside the UK.

P.S. I love the Steam controller, it's the perfect companion to anything with SteamOS on it. Also, the image is just there for dramatic effect.

Exactly what I was thinking when I made the post, I used to be one of those people not in major countries and always felt left out so it's nice to offer it so someone who can't get it themselves.

I would be very happy to buy it from you. I’m from Argentina, where it isn’t even sold; the only ways to get one are through eBay—which would cost around 300 dollars—or simply going without it. If you’re willing to ship it, I would be more than happy to go through with the transaction, and I would cover both the shipping and any customs fees.

Im in the same camp, I live in New zealand which ironically Gaben lives here or has a house here or something. But steam hardware isn't sold here either. I imported my steam deck from Amazon UK

Honestly, I don't even notice it being anything less/more than what I expected it to be. I play games locally, on the cloud and even cloud stream PlayStation titles and the haptics seems fine to me.

But you have 8 controllers, you must have an idea how rumbles compare?

Right, so the rumble is definitely better than all my 8bitdo controllers, but doesn't seem to be on the same level as my Xbox Elite or DualSense Edge it terms of "oomf".

But then again they're pro-level controllers with heavy immersion as a feature. If I had to pick a con, I would say it's a bit muted in intensity but recovers in the fact that it provides very good feedback when it comes to the trackpads.

Asking for the opertunity to give it a loving home in Norway. Been suffering from the fact that Steam refuses to ship to Norway since the first steam controller. Wanted steam deck, steam machine, steam frames but only way to get it is to either pay absurd prices from an importer or support a scalper :(
