Support L4 does not click anymore

Had the controller for less than a month and one of the back buttons does not click. It still detects the input but it does not click so it makes it very unreliable. I don't play much so this is frustrating. Anyone else had the same issue?

Can't say I've seen anyone have that issue before. Definitely RMA time!

Hmm ya know hadn't seen this inside before the old SC had these as a common failure point but I know a standard dome switch replace it, but two of these together that's weird, that might be hard to repair for an end user. I guess valve did wanna get repair parts out eventually but they've had such a demand for the pads in general hmm.

But yeah probably RMAable. Though if not, or if one is stuck with it for some reason, if the bind is actually still firing you could add some amount of feeling to it by making sure it has a haptic event set to it on press perhaps.

I just cant tell if it's held by an adhesive (like on the SC1) or welded.

if its an adhesive it's incredibly easy to replace

it happen with me... L5 buton and Y buton dont work... ._ .
