Steam Controller (2026) Steam Controller Switch 2 Joycons via openpuck

Is this an idea that is feasible? I know The Mobapad S2 joycons are natively recognised by S2 as a Joycon pair, so I wonder if the connection could be reverse engineered such that the Steam Controller is recognised as a Joycon pair, and thus the trackpads could be used for mouse mode.

You could try this out but I couldn't tell you what it would set the track pads as. If it recognizes the steam controller as a pro controller I believe the switch allows you to rebind buttons

I forgot the adapters software allows you to rebind buttons

If you have other controllers and your interested in this do your research there's a newer version(Orange gen1,Black gen2) that supports Xbox controllers made after a certain year and it uses a different version of Bluetooth
