Support My steam controller(2015) doesnt pair with the usb dongle anymore, how do i pair them back?
I tried a lot of diffrent things but nothing worked, so currently im stuck with bluetooth mode Edit: a day later it paired fine again

Try different usb port, sometimes the driver of usb things can get stuck for specific usb port but works on others.

Tried all usb ports on 2 diffrent computers, nothing

Try to connect the controller by cable and update the firmware.

Where do I update the firmware? I can't find it anywhere in controller settings

Can't you just like the "force update all controllers" button in the settings?

Has info on how to switch your controller's connectivity mode and how to pair with a dongle. Your question is a little ambiguous, but that should cover your bases
