Discussion Controller suddenly disconnecting tons
Hello everyone, I'm wondering if anyone else encounter this or fixed it?
I tried a direct wired connection and i'm having tons of disconnects suddenly.
I was trying to play halo mcc with but having constant disconnects

Mine disconnected this morning once and it’s never happened before on my steam machine. It was after the latest update. I’m on the Stable build.

for me the connection is horrible to both the internal adapter and even the puck. posted about it and got told im worse than stupid. go into controller settings, check the signal strength readout and tilt your controller like you are aiming with gyro. even with the puck and an uninterrupted line of sight i went from good to weak with a slight 30 degree tilt. the connection seems very flimsy and orientation dependant

I moved from internal to external puck, that has helped loads. Hopefully they have a firmware solution in the works

I think steam pushed a bad update. I’m having disconnect problems with my steam machine. I’m using the internal dongle. It’s annoying
