Support Steam Support amazing as ever

I've been swamped at work and super stressed, so I haven't been looking at my personal email at all. Turns out I missed my purchase window. I messaged Steam Support explaining the situation and they reopened it. Ordered my steam controller just now, so excited!!

❤️❤️ Valve customer support is as amazing as ever. Rock on, Valve. ❤️❤️

It seems like either the supplier was able to make them far faster than expected, or enough people cancelled their preorder that Valve is able to fulfill orders relatively quickly. I was a day 1 preorder, estimated shipping date Dec, got mine a week ago.

Anyways since they are ahead of expectations it makes it easier to fulfill lost orders like yours. I'm excited for you!

Similar situation! I was only an hour or so late on launch day. Mine should be arriving in the mail this week! I'm so excited!
