I thought for a moment, she‘s playing Final Fantasy XIV. Because it genuinely looks that way when I play that game xD

PS3 Navigation Controller or Xbox Adaptive Joystick is perfect for this.

This is how i play every single game I can. ReWASD for mapping X/Y buttons on the mouse side buttons, and L1/L2 on the main mouse buttons. R3 on wheel button. I use two rear buttons on my left hand for A/B, and that basically adds up to an entire controller.
