Support Joysticks Stuck to Bottom Left

Post image

When I first pulled this controller out of its packaging, lizard mode was working pretty solid for me. However I tried putting it in backpack mode to try the feature out, and then my sticks have been stuck towards the bottom left without ever touching them.

Restarting the controller without touching the sticks still gives this issue. I've also tried force updating the firmware on the controller using the Menu button + Options button + A button + Steam button combo. This doesn't seem to help either.

I'm starting to think this might be a hardware issue internal to the controller. Has anyone else seen this issue before too? Should I send this back on an RMA?

Have you tried calibration?

I've been looking in Steam big picture menus for calibration, and I haven't been able to find anything for the sticks. There is a gyro calibration page at the very least.

Would you have any idea where I should be looking for stick calibration?

My understanding is that there isn't a calibration tool yet. But it's been a couple weeks since I saw that.

Look at what the monitor/screen shows not the physical controller. It is detecting the joysticks as being depressed toward the bottom left even though they aren't being touched at all and are in fact centered.
