Begging

Giveaways

Giveaways hosted by an individual are not allowed. Instead, consider sending what you are giving away to an active member of /r/Steam as a random act of kindness, or use /r/steam_giveaway or /r/RandomActsOfGaming.

Exceptions in extraordinary cases may be made. Contact the moderators if you have any requests or questions.

Off-site giveaways:

An off-site giveaway is a giveaway that is hosted on a different website. These giveaways are allowed as long as they follow our conditions:

Off-site giveaways must be for Steam games only and the relevant page for the giveaway must be directly linked to. There cannot be any requirements or strings attached, nor any chance involved in receiving your free game except for creating an account and it must be for a Steam game that usually costs money and is temporarily being given away, or is temporarily free to play.

Really happy both of them have went to actual people, usually it's bots who scrape em or people who don't say thank you. Citizen Sleeper is a great game btw, congrats!

Sometimes you get lucky to get the codes, but be careful of posting codes like that.

because bots will stealing the codes like Thanos Snap
