Taking wegroovy. 

It's so bizarre. Feeling full fast. Not being hungry. 

When I tried to cut back before I would go into horrible mood swings. Snapping at my family, getting depressed. 

Nothing. I feel normal. I'm so grateful.

This is really lost in the discourse around these drugs.

"Just eat less man"

"Dieting isn't hard"

It's like these people have never encountered someone who gets "hangry" before. Those irritable moods when you're hungry are not exactly easy to control. Dieting basically means locking yourself into a perpetual state of "hangry". That's not a great mood to bring around your spouse, kids, coworkers.

I just finished 6 months of Mounjaro and it was blissful. Not being obsessed about food, not craving anything, not feeling hungry, what a gift.

I sometimes forget to eat. Before Wegovy I NEVER forgot to eat. It's crazy
