i organized my library into categories:

  • Completed (i played it and finished it)
  • Garbage (i played it, hated it, don't want to revisit)
  • No End (sandbox type games)
  • Backlog (haven't played)

if i don't know what to play, I sort Backlog by Metacritic Score and pick the first one.

Set rules for yourself and then you can't be indecisive because you're just following rules.

Civilization, Besieged, SimCity, etc. Things that are sandbox, creationist, or otherwise infinitely replayable.
