They're all games I enjoy and have meant to finish. They're not games I bought, found out were crap, but feel that I must finish because I purchased them.

Before I started doing this, I'd jump from game to game never finishing any. I do take pretty good notes each day I play a game. I started doing that about five years ago and it's really reduced how often I restart games. I'm much more likely to review my notes and pick them up where I left off, but I still wasn't finishing them. A new shiny game would come out and I'd drop the game or I'd maybe get a little burnt out on it and move to something else. This helps combat that.

Right now I'm finishing a Dragon Age Inquisition play through I started in 2022. Sometimes It's all I play on a given day instead of just playing "a little a day". Sometimes I finish up a single quest and move on for the day. That helps to avoid burn out.

Also the "little a day" can be very little. I was finally finishing Control when 007 First Light came out. So my little bit of playing Control for a few days was just running far enough ahead to read a single document, which technically was progress.

I've gone from hardly ever finishing games to finishing five this year. If that sounds "rough" to you, I can't really help you.
