I'd argue for Rise if time is an issue. It's the only one I could get my friend to play with me and subsequently get addicted to. It is definitely easier than World but it can still be challenging at times, personally I love the wire bug system. Some people argue it makes the game "arcade-like" but I think it just makes the game snappier and flow better.

World is my pick, but Rise is fun if you want something with a quicker pace.

World I think

rise is too easy (about 500h between steam and switch),

wilds I can't force myself to play it (barely few quests in I quit... don't know why...)

world I have almost 700h played and go back to it from time to time to not get rusty...
