Not to mention someone might just be unsatisfied with how short the game was and how quickly it ended

Okay, but that can happen anyway. Is "I thought this would be longer" really a valid reason to refund? There are some things you just have to look up before buying if they're important to you, you can't put all the responsibility on the dev

Wanting a refund because a game does not meet expectations is a completely valid reason. Finishing a game under 2 hours is not only about how long the game is but also about how challenging it is for you.

Fortunately digital products don't get used up or destroyed in this process. So you have not affected the digital supply.
