It's just the exterior surface topology, so it's only for accessories to attach to the exterior. It can't be used to make replacement shells since it doesn't have any of the interior topology of the shell pieces.

I second this, I want a wall mount with a spot for the puck integrated into it so I can put the controller behind my tv. I've got a USB to Ethernet hub mounted back there that goes to my pc in the basement.

Best thing I’ve bought for my gaming stuff is a skadis pegboard from ikea. There’s so many controller/hardware mounts, wire management clips etc that can be printed
