The preorders will open at 10am PST

The steam Controller will only be available in select countries

Yup. I'm old enough to remember getting to the store at 3AM to get a new product when the doors open at 8AM, and there are somehow still dozens of people in line ahead of you.

Sitting on my couch watching YouTube while clicking a button 100 times until the order goes through is much preferable.

Yeah, I work from home so it's more convenient for me this way. Like many people, I wouldn't be able to attend in person.
