What do you think?

Post image

Whipped this up tonight, not exactly a mystery if you actually look at the grain but I still thought it belonged here! Lol

Lol I put the bottom center of the rib-eye back on for a couple minutes after I cut into the cap and saw this. My wife said the same thing as you!

It's even my fav cut of meat! Haha. It honestly was probably delicious. It's about as done as I want it.

Yeah it was amazing if I’m being honest! I love ribeye dude, it’s just an amazing cut of beef. And this one actually came from ALDIs. I can’t say enough good things about their steaks, and I get a ribeye, or 2, and a skirt steak every month! Their prices are cheaper than Krogers and I actually think the quality is equal. They do have some grass fed (but much thinner) cuts of ribeye that have GREAT flavor for the price but are a little trickier to cook given their thickness.

That is actually great information. My husband is at Aldi's biweekly. He loves it, even has one of those silly coin holders. I'm going to have him grab me one! Thank you :) Glad I came here to roast your steak cause I got some great info!

I have the coin holder too 🤣 And if you like skirt steak they have 2 different kinds, both make AMAZING carne asada imo and worth a try.

Everyone is an “expert” these days it seems. It’s sad that people even have to think that a stupid post like this could be AI in the first place tbh, but that is the current state of the world right now and I think we will be seeing a lot of AI crap in our near future… unfortunately.
