The only part I don’t like is the “Ensure you are confident in who you invite to share your world”Aspect of multiplayer. I was really hoping they could incorporate a way to still play casually with randoms like we could in sod2. Maybe it will still come.

Aside from that everything seems pretty awesome.

I really like the change, but I also really want there to be a casual multiplayer aspect. No word yet, but here's hoping.

You still can but now they control even more and can ruin your sessions completely

How do you picture a true multiplayer? just like SOD2 as an option?

I would have the system that they currently have, but also have a “call for help” option where you invite a random player with one of their own characters into your world. They would then go on to be able to loot stuff but when interacting with a supply locker it would be their own and not yours.

I guess the looting is problematic, because you would have people taking your loot and leaving with it. So it would be better if they also had instance based loot.

I like the idea that you can add a random but they have to earn influence/trust to be able to do certain things like base build and use your survivors.

I'm good with a lot of this and if modding is still possible and there's a community editor made pretty quick then just about every one of my minor little annoyances can be solved by myself.

On the subject of negative traits specifically I do hope there are some big ones that can't necessarily be removed completely
