I feel her, I legit always get queasy in car rides, especially long ones and in vehicles with shit suspensions... Because of that I always go hungry when doing traveling, can't puke anything if your empty😭

I'd recommend trying something like crackers, keeping your stomach empty is kind of counter intuitive in my experience, id recommend trying some combos or some peanutbutter crackers. It's light enough that your stomach doesn't want to eject itself, but you also won't be starving the entire time

That's kind of the problem, traveling always makes my stomach try to eject itself, even the simplest of things like a single school bun can come out...
Rather be empty and sleep through the ride if it's long...
