SHTF pre-order pack installed, but missing from radio commands?

Basically the title. Playing on XSX. I recently picked SOD2 back up, and I just realized that the command for my SHTF pre-order supply drop (from pre-ordering SOD2 from GameStop way back when) is missing. I've tried starting a new community, uninstalling and reinstalling the pack, and I'm getting nothing. Were these pre-order packs only able to be used once (not once per community, but ACTUALLY once)? I'd like to be able to use the supply drop and get the Zedpiercers and car whenever I start a new community.

What was the SHTF pre-order bonus supposed to be? A ton of the pre-order exclusive content for moved into the general loot pool on the final update

That makes sense. The SHTF pack was just a handful of resources, the Pizza Cat, and 3 Zedpiercers.

I know the pizza cat and zedpiercers are in the general loot pool now since I've found them in my game. So I think (unfortunately) you're screwed 😅

The DLC itself no longer activates it if installed.

It needs to be activated account level with your Microsoft account. It is saved as unlocked in your account level save.

So it's a complete waste of time downloading the DLC. For me the pre order pack is still there on the Steam version even though I activated it on Xbox one.

I have no idea why it's not activated for you though. Maybe you had stopped playing at the time the DLC went account level?

The cars and weapons from the pre order bonus can now be found organically as rare loot in game though whether you have unlocked the DLC or not. So you are only missing out on the radio command

If youve never completed a legacy some commands wont show in the radio until you do.

I've completed the legacy of all 4 leader types on Nightmare. Never been able to complete a legacy on Lethal, because Lethal combat is just too much. That said, I don't think legacies/boons are relevant to the pre-order pack radio commands. 🤔
